Is this right for me if I've tried things like this before and they haven't worked?

Yes — and actually, that experience is useful. Together we'll look at what got in the way last time and build a system that accounts for it. The whole program is designed around the real reasons habits don't stick, not the idealised ones.


What does 'daily check-in' actually mean?

A short text message between us each day — how you went, what came up, anything you want to flag. I respond to keep you on track and adjust the plan if needed. It's low-effort for you and makes an enormous difference to your consistency.


It happens. Missing a day isn't failure — abandoning the system entirely is. Part of what we build together is your ability to return without guilt when life gets in the way.

What if I miss a day?


What time do the group calls happen?

Call times are arranged to suit the group. We'll confirm timing once you're enrolled. All calls are held via Zoom.


Do I need any particular apps or tools?

No. You'll need a phone for text check-ins, access to Zoom for calls, and optionally Facebook for the community group. Nothing you don't already have.


What if I decide it's not right for me after I start?

No problem, if you’re not happy with your results, you can cancel the program anytime in within the first 14 days for a full refund. and pro-rated after that
