Is this right for me if I've tried things like this before and they haven't worked?

Yes, and actually, that experience is useful. Together we'll look at what got in the way last time and build a system that accounts for it. The whole program is designed around the real reasons habits don't stick, not the idealised ones.
What does 'daily check-in' actually mean?

A short text message between us each day, I check in at a specified time and you respond with a yep or nope. It's low-effort for you and makes an enormous difference to your consistency. (Adjustments can be made along the way and one-on-ones can be booked for bigger discussions)
It happens. Missing a day isn't failure, abandoning the system entirely is. Part of what we build together is your ability to return without guilt when life gets in the way.

What if I miss a day?
When do the group calls happen?

Group calls are on Monday evenings starting after Day 15 of the program. All calls are held via Google Meet.
Do I need any particular apps or tools?

You'll need a phone for WhatsApp check-ins, access to Google Meet (app or browser) for calls, and optionally Facebook for the community group. Free versions of these apps are available.
What if I decide it's not right for me after I start?

No problem, if you’re not happy with your results, you can cancel the program anytime. Our refund policy is below:
Cancellation before the Planning session has taken place: full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellation after your Planning session is on a pro-rated basis from the start of term, less a $100 Planning session fee.
When do I need to register and when does the next term start?

Happiness Hygiene runs in terms so that you’re moving through the program with a group of people who are on same journey as you.
Next term starts on September 1st 2026- A fresh start to Spring!
Register before Mid-August to complete your Discovery Call and Planning Session before the start of term so that you can hit the ground running!
