Happiness Hygiene is built around the real science of behaviour change, drawing on the work of habit researchers like James Clear (Atomic Habits) and Gretchen Rubin (The Four Tendencies), and grounded in positive psychology as taught in The Science of Well-Being — the most popular course in Yale University's history.

We start with a deep-dive session to understand your existing routine, your environment, and what's gotten in the way before. Together we build a Happiness Hygiene practice around your real life — not an idealised version of it.
From there, we check in daily via text so that when unexpected obstacles come up (and they will), you have someone in your corner to help you navigate them. A mid-point call at the end of week one lets us review and refine. A closing one-on-one at the end of week two ensures your foundation is solid before the next phase begins.

Once your personal practice is established, you join a weekly group call with others on the same journey. Sessions run every seven days through to day 63.
